Don Shaw has been endorsed by Washington Post. Hopefully, this election will be Bob Marshall’s last one. He has been an embarrassment to all Virginians. His views on women’s health are draconian and dangerous. The comment that hit home with me was when Marshall claimed that women who underwent abortions subsequently would give birth to children with disabilities or birth defects. It is incredible to me that anyone, man or woman, could support a candidate who is so demeaning and offensive. Notwithstanding Marshall as an anomaly, Don Shaw is an excellent candidate who will be a wonderful delegate on behalf of all of his constituents. He has the experience and analytical skills that are so absent in the House of Delegates. We need him for not only the 13th District but for all Virginians.
